Back in 2021, we launched our favourite corner of the internet, P.S., the Martha Brook blog. Since then, we’ve shared weekly articles with you, and as a team we’ve adored reading all your comments and suggestions. But, over the last month, we’ve taken a step back to look at how we can make the brilliant blog EVEN better. We’ve been pinning, collating, researching and writing, and it’s finally ready…

Our brilliant blog just got an upgrade

Introducing the new-and-improved P.S.! It is still the blog you know and love, filled with inspiration, thoughtful stories, and a little stationery magic, but now it’s easier than ever to explore!

Why did we decide to update the blog?

We’re constantly looking at how we can improve and make things exciting for you, our community. We’ve had lots of lovely comments since the blog launched four years ago, but one thing we realised is that it was hard to find more articles if you liked that topic. And, gosh, we’ve built up such an amazing bank of content!

We write a blog post every week, and you all love sharing and commenting on your favourites. As a team we can see how useful you find them, and they’re a feature we love too! After 4 years of being live, we felt it was time for a little bit of a refresh. It’s still the blog you know and love, but with some changes we’re really excited about. 

What changes have we made?

We’ve added brand new content hubs in some of our most popular topics, from Productivity to Self-Kindness to Shop Small, so you can dive straight into what most inspires you. Plus, we’ve added new sections to bring you even more behind-the-scenes, boosts of motivation and thoughtful gift ideas over the coming months. Take a look around our brilliant blog and bookmark it now!

Designed with you in mind

Our community is such a huge part of everything we do here at Martha Brook – behind every decision is ‘how would our audience feel about this’ and ‘how can we make this even better for our customers?’. This blog makeover has been no different, and we have made some small (but mighty!) changes to directly impact your experience on our blog.

At the end of every blog post, you’ll now see recommended articles, so you can see even more things that might interest you. Didn’t quite find the thing you were looking for in one post? Don’t worry, there are plenty more where that came from!

We previously had categories for our blog posts, but we changed them up and added in some new ones to align more with the things we know our audience are searching for. It was really important to us to have a place for all things Small Business as a small business ourselves, and we know that is a topic our audience loves to read about!

What’s next?

Our blog makeover is just the beginning, mark our words – there are some really exciting things coming up for Martha Brook.
