12 FAQs about our personalised stationery subscription

Over the years, we’ve had SO many requests from our lovely community to launch a stationery subscription box and in June, we were thrilled to finally introduce the Stationery Lovers Club, our very own personalised stationery subscription! We think there’s nothing better than stationery with your name on it, delivered straight through your letterbox every month and we’ve had lots of questions about it. Read on for our stationery subscription FAQs.

Is there a limited number of each box available?

Yes, there is! For the first six months, we’ll be running this as a pilot so there’s a limited number of each box available. So far each one has sold out so to make sure you get your hands on one, you’ll have to be quick! Sign up to our newsletter or follow us over at @stationeryloversclub to keep up to date with what’s new.

Do you have to sign up for a certain number of months or can you buy one-off boxes?

You can do both! Our biggest aim with this stationery subscription was to make it incredibly flexible, offering plenty of choices to suit you. You can choose from every month, every other month and every three months to 3-months only or just a one-off box. If there are any other options you would like to see, please leave them in the comments!

Is there a minimum subscription length?

Not at all, you can sign up to one of our subscriptions for as little or as long as you like! Yay! You can cancel your subscription free of charge in Your Account, where you can manage your very own subscription. Easy peasy!

Will it be every month?

Each month we’ll be launching a brand-new box that can be bought as a one-off box and will be included in current subscriptions, but you don’t have to buy a new box each month! If you have a current subscription the box that month and the box isn’t quite to your taste, you can skip a month too.

Are you shipping international?

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer free UK delivery on all stationery subscriptions and charge a small fee for European or international delivery so no matter where you are in the world, you can still get your personalised stationery subscription.

Are you going to give any clues to the contents?

At the start of the month, we’re going to do some sneaky reveals on social media and over on our newsletter of what you can expect in that month’s box. This will give anyone with a subscription the chance to pause their subscription if this box doesn’t suit them! Don’t worry, we’ll make sure we give spoiler alerts! 

Can you choose your colour preferences?

Each month has a different theme and colour palette, with something completely unique each month so you’ll never end up with lots of the same thing. Our team have designed some gorgeous boxes that we cannot WAIT to reveal each month!

When can I place an order?

You can order anytime over at the Stationery Lovers Club, unless we’re out of stock! On the 1st of every month, we’ll release a brand-new box so you can get your hands on one then too. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter and following us over at @stationeryloversclub and switch your notifications on, you’ll be the first to know!

Can I skip a month?

Absolutely! If you are signed up to a rolling subscription, you’ll be able to skip a month in your account on the website. If you’re after the 3 month subscription, unfortunately this is for the next 3 months and won’t be able to skip a month. We know these things can get quite complicated so we’ve tried our hardest to make it as easy as possible to navigate but if you need any help, or aren’t too sure, please do reach out to us at hello@marthabrook.com and one of our team will be more than happy to help!

When is my next box due to go out?

This really all depends on which subscription you have! If you have a monthly subscription, you’ll receive your first box within 3-5 days and then your next box will be sent one month after that. For example, if you placed your order on the 21st of the month, you’ll receive your first box within a few days, and then you’ll be automatically re-billed for your second box on the 21st of the following month and it’ll be dispatched within a few days after that. How much does it cost?

It starts at £19.95 for our monthly stationery subscription to £21.95 for a single box, containing £30-35 worth of contents including at least one personalised item. Not only that, if you’re a subscriber to the rolling subscription, you’ll be able to enjoy an exclusive 10% off the Martha Brook website.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course! Whether you’re moving house or headed back to uni, you can amend and update your delivery address in your account under Subscription on the website. We can also change this for you so please do give us a shout at hello@marthabrook.com and we’ll happy amend your delivery details.
