If you’re thinking about getting started with designing your own custom stationery for your business, the first thing we’d recommend doing is looking around for inspiration. Find out what you like and don’t like, and when it comes to sitting down to plan out your designs, the ideas will come flowing out of you! 

Keep it simple 

If you are not sure what you’re after, start simple. Even just your logo can look stunning when foil embossed onto a beautiful piece of stationery.

In general, we recommend keeping designs clean and uncluttered. For printed designs, we can print anything at all! But for foiled designs, which are our most popular style, we advise to avoid any super fine lines or excessive detail as they can get lost

Think about your colours

Have some brand colours you are really proud of? Think about which ones are going to work well together to make an impact. It is a good idea to check the contrast of the colours you’re going to use to make sure your design is legible and will stand out.
