I had a chat with my mum today, and she said it was actually my dad who got me really into journaling when I was little! He used to draw pictures in them for me before I could do it myself (that boat on the 1987 one was one of his! 🥰) He LOVED my gap year diaries - I also sent illustrated letters home, all of which he saved for me! (Oh, Dad, you’d have loved this! 💔)

My journals now are a bit different… more about future goals, but I’ve always found journaling makes me feel calmer, happier and more focused. 💕
