You are not alone! We have designed this 90-minute workshop to:

• Give you clarity on what is most important to you
• Help you define your own personal and work goals for the year
• Identify what habits and tasks are getting in your way and how to change these
• Learn how to hold yourself accountable and achieve the things you want to in 2023
• Get hints and tips to make yourself more productive whilst taking care of yourself

When: Tuesday January 31st 7:30 – 9:00pm

The ticket includes a Martha Brook pack in the post including the printed worksheets, Martha Brook 2023 diary (to be used as a goal planning book – to be explained in the workshop), Gold Pen and some teapigs tea. Tickets must be booked by 2pm Monday January 30th to receive your pack before the workshop.

We are limiting attendees so there will plenty of time and opportunity for you to ask questions.

If you cannot attend live, the session will be recorded to catch up at a time that suits you.

Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email and then joining details will land in your inbox the week of the event so keep your eyes peeled.
