We’re taking Hermione to see ‘The Great Brick Safari’ - animals made out of lego. Whether she’ll understand what is going on remains to be seen!

Happy Galentine’s Day! ❤️💗 Who wants to be in our club? We’ve been celebrating in the studio today - basically an excuse to eat cake and appreciate each other. (And officially a thing because of Parcs and Rec – see my stories). The team here are all awesome, but so are you – you can ALL be part of our Awesome People Club! 😊 Who’s in yours? Give them a tag because quite frankly it’s ALL about the ovaries before brovaries (except Mr B - is it OK if we let him in because he’s otherwise he’s on his lonesome 😉) 🙌
Oh hi I’m Martha and this is where our business started – in my spare bedroom 👋 That’s me standing up four years ago looking very proud of my first little team and the fact that we had actual orders to make… and also let’s be honest, looking a lot fresher faced than I do now. 🤣 I had absolutely no clue what lay ahead but dear lord I‘ve learnt a lot. I am sharing some of those things on @samburgessuk’s postcast Small And Mighty Conversations - out today! 🎙 It includes how we grew the business from this moment, the two things that have been game changers, the value of business planning, my love of Instagram and how I’ve changed my mind about what ‘success’ is.
