If you’ve known Martha Brook for a while now, you’ll know that every year we release a sell-out stationery advent calendar. It was that stationery advent calendar that made a guest appearance on ITV’s This Morning, has been featured by a load of lovely magazines and newspapers, from Glamour to the Evening Standard. But, if you’re new here, you might be thinking ‘what’s all the fuss about?!’ so here are 8 reasons why everyone is talking about our limited edition 24 Days of Stationery Advent Calendar…
1. It’s the ultimate for stationery lovers
If you love stationery, (which, if you’re here, we’re hoping you do!) what’s better than opening a beautiful piece of stationery every morning in the countdown to Christmas?! Each day offers a different stationery treat… we don’t want to give too much away but you can expect an assortment of stationery from a personalised notebook to a 2022 calendar – need we say any more?!
2. They’re limited edition
Every year, our stationery advent calendar is completely one-of-a-kind and when they are gone, they’re gone! With 24 beautiful pieces of stationery to open in each, the stationery advent calendar takes months of love and care to make and assemble in our West London studio. Having sold out every single year we’ve released them, you might be wondering how you can get your hands on one! Well, you can either subscribe to our newsletter for priority access, or pop over to our Instagram to turn on a reminder for when they go on sale!
3. Each year is completely different
Every year we make our stationery advent calendar, we come up with a brand-new contemporary design and colour scheme. Unvelling it is a BIG deal as no two years are the same and we love to surprise you! Bold and playful, this year’s design has been influenced by the creativity of Matisse and his cut-out creations. Featuring gold foil embossing with warm, winter berry tones, it is going to be hard to beat!
4. It comes with personalisation included
Did you know every stationery advent calendar is personalised? The lid is foil-embossed with a name of your choice to make this unmistakeably yours! But that’s not all… not only is the lid personalised, but the contents are too! Three pieces of stationery, (including day 24 which is always a good’un), are personalised with that name of your choice.
5. It has sustainable packaging
Kind on the eyes, kind on the planet, our stationery advent calendar packaging is not only made partially from recycled coffee cups that were destined for landfill, it’s also 100% recyclable too! However we might be biased, but we think they’re just too darn pretty to recycle so we’ve come up with a myriad of different ways you can reuse your advent calendar boxes! Watch this space for the blog post soon.
6. Its unique books-on-a-shelf design
Our stationery advent calendar has a totally unique design that you can’t find anywhere else. Designed and made by us, the colourful foil embossed boxes have been created to look like a row of colourful books on a shelf, with a different one to be pulled out and revealed each day. We’ve had so much love for the packaging over the last four years, it really is one of the best things about the calendar that has to be seen in real life to see how lovely they are!
7. The contents are exclusive!
Worried that you might already have a piece of stationery that’s included in this year’s advent calendar? Fear no more! The 24 pieces of stationery included are brand-new and most of them are totally exclusive to the advent calendar, taking the meaning of limited-edition to all new heights. We often get people asking us whether they can buy individual items seperately, but sorry most items are stationery advent calendar only!
8. THAT This Morning appearance!
And finally, one that will go down in the books! Last year, you may have seen our advent calendar make a brief guest appearance on ITV’s This Morning. At the time we had just a handful of stationery advent calendars left, so make sure this year to set your reminders to make sure you don’t miss out!
